Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other detail entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search. Prince George’s County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may collect and process the query under its separate privacy policy, so review that policy before submitting information.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the message and its contact details long enough to read, route, and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process. Do not send sensitive custody, financial, or identity documents through a general message.
Technical Information Collected
Ordinary web operations may create technical records when a page loads. These records support delivery, performance, security review, and basic traffic analysis. They can include:
- the connecting Internet Protocol address;
- browser name, type, and version;
- device category and operating system;
- pages viewed and approximate time spent on them;
- the referring website, when one is supplied; and

Once a visitor follows an outbound link, the destination’s privacy policy and data practices govern. This site does not control those systems.
Advertising partners may use their own cookies or similar methods to recognize activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That processing takes place on the partner’s systems, not within the records maintained directly by Prince George’s County Released Inmates.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be available to service providers or public bodies when needed for the functions described here:
- search partners that receive and process a submitted query;
- analytics providers that measure traffic and page use;

These requests concern data controlled by this private site. Requests about a Prince George’s County, Maryland, court, VINE, BOP, or ICE record must go to the office or provider that maintains it.
