The Site’s Reference Role

This is a private reference service, not a government office. It does not store official custody or court records. It cannot confirm a person’s custody status, release anyone, accept bond, file a legal document, change an agency record, or speak for PGCDOC, Maryland DPSCS, a court, BOP, or ICE.

The site points visitors toward Prince George’s County inmate and release-record resources, official portals, and third-party research tools. A link is a route to another service, not an official certification or endorsement of that service’s result.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Follow all applicable laws while using the site.
• Do not use content to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated decisions on site content.
• Do not attempt to enter accounts, servers, code, or data without authorization.
• Do not run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the site.
• Do not interfere with access, performance, security, or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reports

Prince George’s County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide FCRA screening services through this site. You agree not to use site content, linked results, or search output for:

• decisions about hiring, firing, or continued employment;
• tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions;
• creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums;
• licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program; or
• any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Services and Links

Links may lead to PGCDOC release resources, Maryland corrections and parole pages, court systems, federal locators, legal-aid material, and outside search services. We do not control their content, privacy practices, terms, prices, data handling, or availability. Review the destination’s rules before using it. Access to Maryland government records is governed by the Maryland Public Information Act, General Provisions §4-101 et seq., and any other law applying to the requested record.

Information Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made that:

• information is accurate, complete, or current;
• the site will remain available without interruption;
• the service will be free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or
• a partner search will locate every relevant record.

Custody status, release data, office details, and public records can change quickly. Nothing posted here is an official statement from PGCDOC, a sheriff, a court, Maryland DPSCS, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prince George’s County Released Inmates and its operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prince George’s County Released Inmates and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your use of the site, misuse of information, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Prince George’s County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, or modify those materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

Suspension or Loss of Access

We may limit, suspend, or block access to all or part of the site at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice. This right does not limit any other remedy available under these terms or law.

Maryland Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Maryland.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable where the law permits.
